Panda Project

That is: saving a sailboat from extinction.

A story of abandonment and rebirth, a long-term educational and cooperative path.

We chose to start with a long restoration far from the shipyards, with little money and without haste. Then a lot of sailing, at all hours of the day and night, throughout the year, to learn to sail in any weather.

A community management will follow, to support the activities of the association, to bring more and more people closer to Classic Sailing, to be an example and save other boats at risk of extinction.

School and Life on board

You can approach the Panda Project in many different ways, just like the different attitudes of those who live sailing:

to unwind, jumping on board when possible, just enjoying the ride.
to learn to navigate or improve some aspect, agreeing on the duration of the course and topics
to help and test you in restoration, maintenance and set-up work.

How to contribute

If you are alone and disoriented, try to contact us: you can adapt to our calendar and we will surely find a time to help you find your compass again.

If you are alone but serious: contact us for a completely dedicated moment, or to be included in a group of people who want to explore the same topics as you

If you are a group of two to six, we can build a learning program together, decide on a schedule, and choose a location to sail!
